Delivery of Goods

A. We use the following delivery services to deliver our goods:
Royal Mail
An Post

B. The estimated date and time window for delivery of the goods is set out in the Confirmation Email.

C. If something happens which:
I. is outside of our control; and
II. affects the estimated date of delivery;
we will let you have a revised estimated date for delivery of the goods.

D. Delivery of the goods will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us.

E. We may be unable to deliver the goods if we are unable to properly identify you. Please be prepared to provide a form of ID (passport or photocard driving licence) on delivery of goods.

F. Unless you and we agree otherwise, if we cannot deliver your goods within 30 days, we will:
I. let you know;
II. cancel your order; and
III. give you a refund.

G. If nobody is available to take delivery, please contact us using the contact details above.

H. You are responsible for the goods when delivery has taken place. In other words, the risk in the goods passes to you when you take possession of the goods.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with something you purchase from us, then you can return it to us within 28 days of receiving it and we’ll be happy to exchange your item(s) or refund it for you. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags intact for lingerie, and all seals intact for toys and accessories.

There are some things we cannot exchange or refund, these are:

– All sex toys, where the packaging/box has been opened, unless the item(s) are considered damaged or faulty

– Thongs & Briefs that have been opened

– Lingerie, which has been used or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been removed

– Hosiery which has been opened, used, and where the seal has been broken.

– All thongs/briefs/bikini bottoms are non returnable once the original packaging has been opened.

*Returns form must be submitted first, item(s) received back without a returns form submitted will be returned or held under dispute.

** Please do not return excluded return items as they will be sent back to you and will not be processed for a return.

Returning Your Items:

When returning your item(s) please ensure the item(s) are packaged into a sealed envelope/package. So we can process your return, please include a copy of your invoice or a little note to mention your name, order details so we know we are dealing with your return. We do advise you to obtain proof of postage when returning a package to us.

Q: Can I return lingerie or sex toys if I’ve already opened the packaging?

  • A: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on lingerie or sex toys once the packaging has been opened. Please ensure you’re certain about your purchase before opening the packaging.

  • A: If you received the wrong item or if the item you ordered doesn’t match the description on our website, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide you with a refund.

  • A: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for lingerie or sex toys due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us, and we will assist you with a resolution.
